CVSS v3.1 |
| Race condition in Browser in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to spoof UI elements via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low) |
| In Progress® Telerik® Fiddler® Classic for Windows, versions prior to v6.0.20262.10021, a time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition exists in the installation of the HTTPS interception root certificate into the Local Computer certificate store. Fiddler writes the certificate to a temporary file in a user-writable location and then launches the external TrustCert helper application, which elevates and imports the certificate from that file. A local threat actor with low privileges who replaces the temporary file between the time it is written and the time the elevated helper reads it can cause an attacker-supplied root certificate to be installed in the Local Computer Trusted Root Certification Authorities store, enabling subsequent interception and modification of TLS-protected traffic on the machine. Successful exploitation requires the user to initiate the certificate trust operation and approve the elevation prompt. |
| Ghost is a Node.js content management system. From 6.54.1 until 6.65.0, a validation issue allowed some functionality, such as Webmentions, to be abused by an unauthenticated user to make limited HTTP requests to hosts in the Ghost server's internal network. A successful attack would not result in any response data being returned. This issue is fixed in version 6.65.0. |
| When proxy networking with CA injection is enabled, a build can modify its CA bundle before cleanup. This may cause cleanup to block, operate outside the build rootfs, or fail without failing the build. |
| LaraDashboard from 1.4.0 before 1.4.8 contains a race condition vulnerability in RegisterController::register that allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass the per-IP daily registration limit. Attackers can send many concurrent registration requests from one IP so all pass RegistrationGuardService::hasExceededIpLimit before recordRegistration runs, creating accounts in bulk and defeating anti-automation controls. |
| A vulnerability was detected in crossplane crossplane-runtime up to 2.2.2/2.3.2. This vulnerability affects the function Get of the file pkg/xpkg/client.go of the component ImageConfig. The manipulation results in time-of-check time-of-use. The attack may be launched remotely. Upgrading to version 2.2.3, 2.3.3 and 2.4.0-rc.1 is able to resolve this issue. The patch is identified as bee99c6cd6ca81878acca2940a2f0a02169fc208. You should upgrade the affected component. |
| OpenLiteSpeed before 1.9.3 contains a local privilege escalation vulnerability in admin/misc/lsup.sh that runs unverified update packages from a nobody-writable directory as root. Attackers controlling the nobody web process can replace the package in /usr/local/lsws/autoupdate/ before extraction, so its install.sh runs as root on the next update. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
pidfd: hold exec_update_lock around namespace ioctl
The PIDFD_GET_*_NAMESPACE ioctls in pidfd_ioctl() perform a filesystem
credentials ptrace access check before handing out a namespace file
descriptor. The accompanying comment states that the code "mirrors nsfs
behavior", but, unlike the corresponding procfs paths, it does so without
holding the target task's exec_update_lock.
proc_ns_get_link() and proc_ns_readlink() both take exec_update_lock for
reading around the ptrace check and the namespace lookup, so that the
credentials used for the access decision match those of the task when its
namespace is read. Without it, a caller can pass the check against the
target's old credentials and then read the namespace after the target has
execve()'d a setuid binary and committed new credentials -- accessing
namespace information it should have been denied.
Hold exec_update_lock for reading around the ptrace check and the
namespace lookup so that pidfd truly mirrors nsfs behavior, as the comment
already claims. open_namespace() itself runs outside the lock: once a
namespace reference is obtained it carries its own refcount and is opened
with the caller's own credentials, so a concurrent execve() on the target
can no longer affect the outcome. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ring-buffer: Fix subbuf resize race with ring_buffer_alloc_read_page()
ring_buffer_alloc_read_page() is racy with ring_buffer_subbuf_order_set,
it can allocate a reader page with an outdated order. This isn't a big
issue, the user can still re-allocate a new reader page and try again.
However, what is more problematic is if the value of subbuf_order
changes in the middle of ring_buffer_alloc_read_page(). In that case,
bpage->order might not match the actual allocated memory.
Use bpage->order for the allocation to prevent this race. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
af_unix: Unlink scc_entry in unix_del_edge().
Kyle Zeng reported that GC could free a dead SCC partially.
The scenario is as follows:
1) Create two SCCs:
X -. A <-> B
^--'
2) Run the following concurrently:
2-1) send() sk-B to sk-B from sk-X
2-2) close() both A and B
At 2-1), there is a small window where unix_add_edges()
publishes a new edge (B <-> B) to GC but its skb is not queued
by skb_queue_tail().
If 2-2) completes before skb_queue_tail() and GC is triggered,
it judges A <-> B as dead, but B is not freed because GC cannot
collect the not-yet-queued skb holding the B <-> B edge.
X -. A <-> B -. This edge is visible
^--' ^..' but skb is not
This itself is not a problem since the next GC run will judge
B as dead as well and free it finally.
X -. A <.> B -.
^--' ^--'
However, X's SCC forces the next GC to call unix_walk_scc_fast(),
and it iterates over A through B's scc_entry.
Let's unlink scc_entry before freeing the vertex in unix_del_edge(). |
| Race condition in Editing in Google Chrome prior to 154.0.8037.57 allowed a remote attacker leveraging social engineering to obtain sensitive information via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| libuser before 0.56.13-8 and 0.60 before 0.60-7, as used in the userhelper program in the usermode package, directly modifies /etc/passwd, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (inconsistent file state) by causing an error during the modification. NOTE: this issue can be combined with CVE-2015-3245 to gain privileges. |
| Race condition in DevTools in Google Chrome prior to 154.0.8037.57 allowed a remote attacker leveraging social engineering to bypass site isolation via a crafted Chrome extension. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| Improper Access Control in ArgusMonitor.sys in Argotronic eGbR ArgusMonitor 7.4.02 and earlier allows local, low-privileged users to bypass device handle access restrictions via a TOCTOU condition in IRP_MJ_CREATE and send a crafted IOCTL 0x9C4024A8 request, causing denial-of-service. |
| NVIDIA Virtual GPU Manager contains a vulnerability in the GPU System Processor (GSP) tracing component where a guest VM user may cause improper access by sending crafted data through a shared buffer. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure. |
| Nezha is a server and website monitoring tool. In versions >= 2.2.11 and < 2.3.1, the service sentinel worker (service/singleton/servicesentinel.go) contains an incomplete fix for a previously reported nil dereference denial of service (GHSA-qjpp-gffx-2wm9). The 2026-07-21 fix re-validated the service lifecycle under serviceResponseDataStoreLock but reused an already-captured, now stale reporter pointer and never re-validated the server, and that lock does not guard ServerShared. An authenticated user with the member role who owns an agent can issue a concurrent server delete (POST /api/v1/batch-delete/server) for their own server to win the race window, causing the worker to dereference a missing entry in the server list snapshot. Because the sentinel workers and the gRPC server have no recover()/recovery interceptor, the resulting panic is unrecovered and crashes the entire instance. This is fixed in version 2.3.1. |
| TeamViewer Full Client and Host prior to version 15.82 on Windows contain a TOCTOU race condition in the installer rollback mechanism. A local low-privileged attacker can replace rollback backup files stored in a user-writable temporary directory before they are restored by an elevated installer, resulting in privilege escalation to NT AUHORITY/SYSTEM. Exploitation requires successful timing of the race condition and a rollback during installation or update. |
| OpenClaw (npm package 'openclaw') before 2026.7.1 is vulnerable to a time-of-check time-of-use race condition in OpenShell local mirror filesystem mutation operations. The remove, mkdir, and rename operations could act on a different filesystem target after OpenClaw completed its sandbox path-safety check, if the path is changed concurrently. An attacker able to win the race can cause a sandboxed operation to delete, create, or rename a host path outside the intended mirror root with the permissions of the OpenClaw process user. This does not require an operator to have granted host filesystem access outside the sandbox. The issue is fixed in 2026.7.1. |
| MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, validate_url_for_ssrf checks a hostname's resolved addresses, but Requests and urllib3 resolve the hostname again when connecting. A caller can use a short-lived DNS answer that is public during validation and private during connection, preserving unauthenticated access to internal or metadata endpoints despite the earlier CVE-2026-27826 remediation. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through validate_url_for_ssrf, _check_dns_resolution, socket.getaddrinfo, and _make_ssrf_safe_hook, which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0. |
| Time-of-check time-of-use race condition for the Intel(R) NPU Driver for Windows for all versions within Ring 1: Device Drivers may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an authenticated user combined with a high complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (low) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. |
