| Hugging Face Datasets through 5.1.0 contains an insecure deserialization vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary Python code by crafting a malicious pickle file loaded through the deprecated pandas packaged builder. Attackers can supply a pickle-backed dataset that is processed by Pandas._generate_tables via pandas.read_pickle() without validation, so when a victim calls datasets.load_dataset("pandas", data_files=...), the embedded __reduce__ payload executes code with the victim process's privileges. |

When occurrences referencing the attacker-controlled symbolication UUID are symbolicated, the stored values are passed to YAML.load with SafeYAML in unsafe mode, enabling arbitrary Ruby object deserialization and potential code execution. |
| Seroval facilitates JavaScript value stringification, including complex structures beyond JSON.stringify capabilities. Prior to 1.6.8, fromJSON rebuilds an AsyncIteratorFactoryInstance by calling source.on(listener) without requiring source to be a genuine internal stream. With untrusted Seroval input and an application plugin that returns a callable value or an object exposing an on method, a crafted node can reuse an identifier so the deserializer invokes the plugin-produced value. This is an incomplete-fix variant of CVE-2026-59940. The resulting confidentiality, integrity, or availability impact depends on the behavior exposed by the application plugin. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.8. |

| Xorbits Xoscar through 0.11.2 contains an unauthenticated deserialization vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by sending crafted data over the actor-pool TCP channel. Attackers can exploit SocketChannel.recv() passing unvalidated data to cloudpickle.loads(), which triggers pickle __reduce__ gadget execution before message type validation, achieving remote code execution as the server process which commonly runs as root on GPU nodes. |

| The Prime Mover – Backup and Migration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.1 via deserialization of untrusted input in the migration search-and-replace routine (recursiveUnserializeReplace()). An unauthenticated attacker can store a crafted, base64-encoded serialized object in wp_comments.comment_content through the standard comment-submission endpoint (wp-comments-post.php). When an administrator subsequently performs a routine Prime Mover export or restore, the plugin base64-decodes that stored value and passes it to unserialize() with no allowed_classes restriction. A Property-Oriented Programming (POP) chain is present in the plugin's own bundled Freemius library (FS_Clone_Manager::__set → FS_Option_Manager::set_option → store() → update_option()), so no additional plugin or theme is required — the plugin ships the gadget itself. |
| An insecure deserialization (PHP object injection) vulnerability exists in Mautic's handling of segment filters and custom field properties. Several code paths that read these stored values from the database deserialize them without restricting which PHP classes may be instantiated, instead of using Mautic's safe deserialization helper. An attacker who is able to store a crafted serialized value in these segment filter or custom field properties can cause arbitrary PHP objects to be instantiated when Mautic later processes the data, for example during segment evaluation, contact export, or custom field API requests. Combined with gadget chains available in Mautic's dependencies, this could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server, read, modify, or delete data stored in the Mautic instance, including contact data, and affect its availability. Exploitation requires high privileges or an existing ability to write to the affected stored data. |
