CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
crypto: qat - remove unused character device and IOCTLs
The QAT driver exposes a character device (qat_adf_ctl) with IOCTLs
for device configuration, start, stop, status query and enumeration.
These IOCTLs are not part of any public uAPI header and have no known
in-tree or out-of-tree users. Device lifecycle is already managed via
sysfs.
The ioctl interface also increases the attack surface and is the
subject of a number of bug reports.
Remove the character device, the IOCTL definitions, and the related
data structures (adf_dev_status_info, adf_user_cfg_key_val,
adf_user_cfg_section, adf_user_cfg_ctl_data). Drop the now-unused
adf_cfg_user.h header and strip adf_ctl_drv.c down to the minimal
module_init/module_exit hooks for workqueue, AER, and crypto/compression
algorithm registration.
Clean up leftover dead code that was only reachable from the removed
IOCTL paths: adf_cfg_del_all(), adf_devmgr_verify_id(),
adf_devmgr_get_num_dev(), adf_devmgr_get_dev_by_id(),
adf_get_vf_real_id() and the unused ADF_CFG macros.
Additionally, drop the entry associated to QAT IOCTLs in
ioctl-number.rst. |
| A flaw was found in the Submariner operator. The Submariner Custom Resource (CR), used for configuring network connectivity, stores the IPsec pre-shared key (PSK) in an unencrypted format. This key, which is critical for securing communication between Kubernetes clusters, can be accessed by unauthorized parties. Such access enables an attacker to passively decrypt network traffic flowing between any two clusters in the mesh, resulting in sensitive information disclosure. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fsl/fman: Fix clk reference leak in read_dts_node()
of_clk_get() returns a clock with its reference count incremented, but
read_dts_node() only uses it to read the rate and never calls clk_put().
The clock is not stored anywhere, so the reference cannot be released
later either.
Release the clock once its rate has been read, which also covers the
error path taken when the rate is zero. |
| Markdown Preview Enhanced is a Markdown preview extension for Visual Studio Code. Prior to 0.8.30, the webview message handler in src/preview-provider.ts accepts an attacker-controlled command value and attacker-controlled args, constructs a command in the _crossnote namespace, and invokes vscode.commands.executeCommand without an allowlist or type validation. JavaScript already executing in the preview webview can use this bridge to invoke privileged extension commands, including file modification, code-chunk execution, export-tool execution, and arbitrary URL opening, with attacker-selected arguments. Exploitation requires a separate webview JavaScript execution path, such as the independently tracked .crossnote/head.html injection, but no further authorization check protects the extension-host command boundary. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.30. |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In @payloadcms/plugin-stripe versions before 3.90.0 and canary versions before 4.0.0-canary.34, an authenticated user who can reach the enabled optional Stripe REST proxy can perform unintended Stripe operations. This issue is fixed in versions 3.90.0 and 4.0.0-canary.34. |
| urllib in Python 2.x through 2.7.16 supports the local_file: scheme, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass protection mechanisms that blacklist file: URIs, as demonstrated by triggering a urllib.urlopen('local_file:///etc/passwd') call. |
| asteval is a Python expression evaluator designed for restricted execution. Prior to 1.0.9, in asteval/astutils.py, the default Interpreter with numpy enabled exposes a ctypes type and permits from_address memory access. safe_getattr blocks the ctypes module but not reachable ctypes type objects, while attribute assignments use unfiltered setattr instead of safe_setattr. An attacker-controlled expression can derive an address with id, read memory through from_address, and write through an attribute assignment. The expression can read or corrupt arbitrary process memory, escape the intended sandbox, execute code, disclose secrets, or crash the host process. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.9. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Smart Media4U Technology SHAREit App 6.27.38_ww on Android. The impacted element is the function syncInvoke of the component WebView JS Bridge. The manipulation leads to exposed dangerous routine. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer does not perform sufficient authorization checks in certain portal functionality. An attacker with low privileges could invoke internal operations on a preconfigured remote system. Depending on the remote connection configuration, this could lead to a full compromise of the remote system. This results in a high impact on confidentiality, integrity and availability. |
| Hazelcast is a unified real-time data platform combining stream processing with a fast data store. Prior to 5.4.5, 5.5.10, and 5.6.1, missing authorization checks in the IMap Predicates API allow a malicious client with limited privileges to execute arbitrary code on a Hazelcast cluster member. This issue is fixed in versions 5.4.5, 5.5.10, 5.6.1, and 5.7.0. |
| This CVE ID has been rejected as a duplicate. |
| MISP exposes critical infrastructure settings—specifically the Redis host addresses used by the core application, the ZeroMQ plugin, and the SimpleBackgroundJobs plugin—through its web UI and API to site-admin users. The background job workers trust raw Redis job payloads without additional validation. An attacker who obtains a hijacked site-admin session (for example, through a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability) can modify the Redis host settings to point at an attacker-controlled Redis server and then restart the workers. Once the workers connect to the attacker's Redis instance, the attacker can inject malicious job payloads that the workers execute, achieving arbitrary command execution as the worker account. Additionally, the download_attachments_on_load setting, which controls inline attachment rendering, was modifiable through the same interface, allowing a hijacked session to re-enable a feature that could facilitate further client-side attacks. The vulnerability requires site-admin privileges and a prior session-compromise mechanism; it does not require unauthenticated access. The impact is remote code execution in the context of the MISP worker process and potential data exfiltration through the attacker-controlled Redis connection. |
| Exposed dangerous function lead to privilege escalation via gRPC server. |
| Joyland AI app allows an attacker with shared network access to inject JavaScript into content loaded in WebView. Without user-granted permissions, an attacker could access the clipboard, make arbitrary HTTP requests via the Weex 'stream' module, or access app-internal storage. If the installed app has been granted permissions previously, the attacker can access the entire file system, camera, microphone, and GPS tracking. |
| The Web Console (aka web-console) in JBossAs in Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (aka JBoss EAP or JBEAP) 4.2 before 4.2.0.CP09 and 4.3 before 4.3.0.CP08 performs access control only for the GET and POST methods, which allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via an unspecified request that uses a different method. |
| The JMX-Console web application in JBossAs in Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (aka JBoss EAP or JBEAP) 4.2 before 4.2.0.CP09 and 4.3 before 4.3.0.CP08 performs access control only for the GET and POST methods, which allows remote attackers to send requests to this application's GET handler by using a different method. |
| Missing authorization in NFC in Google Chrome prior to 154.0.8037.57 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to bypass system access restrictions via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| Exposed Dangerous Method or Function in the
/WebAgenda/SQLWin.do API endpoint of Flowring Agentflow 4.0 version Before 2026/08/28 allows remote
authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the sql parameter. |
| Exposure of privileged IPC functionality in Progress Telerik Fiddler Everywhere before version 8.2.0 allows a local, low-privileged attacker who can modify application launch parameters and persuade a user to start the application to replace the application UI or settings with attacker-controlled content. Successful exploitation could result in disclosure of OAuth authentication tokens, execution of locally accessible programs, or unauthorized modification of application-generated configuration files. |
| MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to version 2.10.5-lts, assistants with a tool, MCP tool, skill, or sub-application use SandboxShellBackend, which exposes an execute shell tool without excluding it and omits execute from interrupt_on, so human approval is not required. Untrusted chat or ingested content can therefore cause command execution; source deployments with MAXKB_SANDBOX disabled run commands directly as the application user, while the official root container's string-based gosu wrapper allowed shell metacharacters to execute outside the intended sandbox. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.5-lts. |
