CVSS v3.1 |
| Dell PowerProtect Data Domain, Feature Release versions 7.7.1.0 through 8.8, LTS2024 release versions 7.13.1.0 through 7.13.1.80, LTS2025 release versions 8.3.1.0 through 8.3.1.40, LTS2026 release versions 8.6.1.0 through 8.6.1.20, contain an Improper Authentication vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to privileged account creation. This is a critical severity vulnerability as it allows an attacker to take complete control of the system. Dell recommends customers to upgrade at the earliest opportunity. |
| GROWI contains a missing authorization check vulnerability in its collaborative editing feature. By exploiting this vulnerability, a user with read-only permission, including a guest user, or a user in pending, suspended, or invited status may modify page drafts. |
| OpenRemote 1.2.0 before 1.31.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in GatewayServiceResource that allows any authenticated user to start, stop and query gateway tunnels without an administrative role. Attackers can send POST or DELETE requests to the gateway tunnel endpoint to open persistent bidirectional TCP circuits into an edge gateway's network or tear down operator tunnels. |
| A vulnerability was detected in SourceCodester Food Order Management System 1.0. Affected is an unknown function of the component Admin Endpoint. The manipulation results in missing authorization. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit is now public and may be used. |
| Jupyter Server is the backend for Jupyter web applications. From 2.0.0 until 2.6.0, enabling GatewayClient.url replaced the normal KernelWebsocketHandler with WebSocketChannelsHandler, which authenticated the user but did not call authorizer.is_authorized(...) for the execute action on the kernels resource. A restricted authenticated user could therefore open an upstream kernel channel and obtain kernel execution despite the configured Authorizer denying that action, exposing data and credentials available to the kernel and permitting modification or disruption of the kernel environment. The default gateway configuration is fixed in version 2.6.0. In 2.6.0 and later, the same authorization bypass remains possible when a deployment manually registers the deprecated jupyter_server.gateway.handlers module, because its handler still omits the configured kernel-execute authorization decision. |
| In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an authenticated user who does not hold a role with permission to view apps could download an archive of an installed app. This could expose all data in the app archive, including proprietary source code and sensitive information.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR does not verify permission to view apps before it returns the app archive.
For more information see Export or import an app (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/develop-apps/8.4.0/develop-an-app-using-the-splunk-soar-app-wizard/export-or-import-an-app) and Manage roles and permissions in Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-users-and-accounts/manage-roles-and-permissions-in-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation. |
| Missing authorization in Video in Google Chrome prior to 156.0.8078.73 allowed a remote attacker to bypass web origin policy via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| The Email Subscribers & Newsletters – Email Marketing, Post Notifications & Newsletter Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 5.9.27. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to overwrite plugin mail settings (from name and from email address), create audience lists, insert arbitrary contacts into those lists, create and overwrite newsletter broadcasts and post notifications, add workflows, and queue and dispatch mass email to arbitrary recipients. |
| ArcadeDB from 26.2.1 before 26.10.1 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the Bolt protocol handler that lets authenticated users read other databases' schema metadata. Attackers with credentials for one database can set the db field in RUN or BEGIN messages and call db.labels() or SHOW INDEXES to enumerate unauthorized schemas. |
| The MembershipWorks plugin for WordPress before 6.17 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access member-only content through the WordPress REST API. Because the filter that strips protected content for non-members is only attached during normal front-end request handling and not during REST API requests, an unauthenticated attacker can retrieve the raw member-only content in a post or page’s rendered content, bypassing the plugin’s content protection. |
| Grafana’s RBAC service ignored the requested folder when checking whether a user was a folder administrator for deleted dashboard listings. A user with dashboard permission-management rights on any folder could therefore be treated as an administrator of every folder.
This could expose deleted dashboard items from folders where the user lacked administrative access. The fix requires permission on the specified folder, an ancestor, or a wildcard scope. |

| Tanium addressed an improper access controls vulnerability in Comply. |
| Camunda 7.24.0 before 7.24.14 and 7.23.0 before 7.23.17 contains a missing authorization check vulnerability in engine-rest task sub-resources that allows authenticated attackers with no permission grants to access task comments and attachments by calling singular read and delete endpoints that lack the authorization-filtered checks enforced on their corresponding list endpoints. Using only a known object ID, attackers can exploit TaskAttachmentResourceImpl and TaskCommentResourceImpl methods such as getAttachment, getAttachmentData, deleteAttachment, and getComment to read or download task attachments and comments and to permanently delete task attachments. |
| Semantic MediaWiki from 3.0.0 before 7.3.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the api.php smwtask module that allows unauthenticated attackers to run admin-only maintenance tasks. Attackers can use the public anonymous CSRF token to read internal store statistics, enqueue jobs like smw.entityIdDisposer, and execute queued jobs, degrading performance and altering semantic data. |
| Vulnerability in Oracle Essbase (component: Essbase Web Platform). The supported version that is affected is 21.8.3.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Essbase. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Essbase, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Essbase accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Essbase accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.5 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N). |
| REDAXO before 5.21.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the backup addon export that accepts any database table, allowing non-admin users with the backup[export] permission to export rex_user, rex_user_session, and other applications' tables. Attackers can obtain plaintext session ids and stay-logged-in keys to take over admin accounts, or password hashes for offline cracking. |
| REDAXO core before 5.21.4 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the structure/version and structure/history frontend preview modes, which do not check category or clang permissions for the previewed article. Any backend user, or one holding history[article_rollback], can set rex_version or rex_history_date with arbitrary article_id values to read unpublished working versions and historic or deleted content. |
| REDAXO core before 5.21.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the rex_api_package API function that lets non-admin backend users manage packages with only a valid CSRF token. Attackers holding a token, such as demoted admins with active sessions, can uninstall system addons like structure (dropping their database tables), deactivate, install, or activate packages, and delete non-system packages. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ip6: vti: Use ip6_tnl.net in vti6_siocdevprivate().
After patch 1/2 in this series, vti6_update() unlinks and relinks
the tunnel through t->net. vti6_siocdevprivate() still uses
dev_net(dev) for the collision lookup. For a tunnel moved through
IFLA_NET_NS_FD, dev_net(dev) is the new netns, not t->net.
SIOCCHGTUNNEL on a migrated tunnel then runs:
net = dev_net(dev) /* migrated netns */
t = vti6_locate(net, &p1, false) /* misses target in t->net */
...
t = netdev_priv(dev)
vti6_update(t, &p1, false) /* mutates t->net's hash */
A caller in the migrated netns picks params that match a tunnel
in the creation netns. The lookup in dev_net(dev) finds nothing.
vti6_update() prepends the migrated tunnel at the head of the
creation netns hash bucket for those params. Later lookups in
the creation netns resolve to the migrated device. xfrm receive
delivers the matched packets through a device the caller controls.
Reachable from an unprivileged user namespace (unshare --user
--map-root-user --net). Cross tenant scope on container hosts.
Switch the SIOCCHGTUNNEL path on a non fallback device to use
t->net for the lookup. The lookup now matches the netns
vti6_update() operates on.
Also add ns_capable(self->net->user_ns, CAP_NET_ADMIN) before
the lookup. The check at the top of the case is against
dev_net(dev)->user_ns, which after migration is the attacker's
netns. A caller there can pick params absent from self->net,
the lookup returns NULL, t becomes self, and vti6_update()
inserts the device into the creation netns hash. The new check
requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the creation netns user_ns too.
SIOCADDTUNNEL and SIOCCHGTUNNEL on the fallback device keep
dev_net(dev), which equals init_net there. |
