| CVE-2026-115216 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Eclipse Iofog | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| In Eclipse ioFog Operator versions 3.8.0 before 3.9.2, TLS certificate verification is disabled when the operator contacts the Controller API and when it logs in to an external OIDC issuer. An on-path attacker can present any certificate, capture the OAuth client secret (external mode) or the Controller bootstrap admin password (embedded mode with Controller HTTPS enabled), and supply the access token the operator stores for later Controller API calls. v3.8 removed Keycloak. The exposed credential is not a Keycloak realm-admin secret. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113644 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Eclipse Iofog | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| In Eclipse ioFog iofogctl versions 1.0.0 through 3.7.0 and 3.8.0-rc.1 through 3.9.1, the provisioning key and CA certificate returned by the Controller API are concatenated into shell commands (`edgelet provision` and `edgelet config cert` on supported releases; `iofog-agent provision` and `iofog-agent cert` on older releases) that run over SSH on a remote agent host and via a local shell. A party who can change that API response can include shell metacharacters and cause the operator's CLI to run additional commands on the agent host when the operator deploys or attaches an agent. This is fixed in version 3.9.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113619 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Eclipse Iofog | 2026-10-20 | 7.5 High |
| In Eclipse ioFog Controller versions 3.8.0 through 3.9.1, POST, PUT, and PATCH bodies on routes that enable template substitution are rendered by an uncapped Liquid engine before authentication and RBAC. The bearer check does not reject a missing or invalid token, and the auth rate limit applies only to user login routes. A small JSON body can stall or abort the Controller process. The anonymous caller does not receive the rendered result; the impact is availability of the control plane, including the agent API and in-process WebSocket relays on that process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-113620 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Eclipse Iofog | 2026-10-20 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Eclipse ioFog Controller versions 3.8.0 through 3.9.1, operator WebSocket upgrades on the exec and log routes do not verify the bearer JWT. The payload is decoded and its groups or roles are used as RBAC subjects. A self-minted token whose groups contain admin matches the built-in admin role, with no account and no RoleBinding. The attacker can open an exec or log session for a microservice or fog whose UUID they already know. HTTP routes are not affected: they verify the token before RBAC. Agent WebSockets verify the fog token and are not affected. | ||||
