| CVE-2026-121745 | 1 Nvm-sh | 1 Nvm | 2026-11-04 | 2.5 Low |
| Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.40.0 through 0.40.8, when `NVM_AUTH_HEADER` is set, `nvm_download` passes the credential to curl or wget as a `--header "Authorization: ..."` command-line argument. Process arguments are visible to every local user (on Linux via `ps` or `/proc//cmdline` unless `/proc` is mounted with `hidepid=`; on macOS via `ps`), so another unprivileged account on the same machine can read the token while nvm is downloading during `nvm ls-remote`, `nvm install`, and similar commands, and gain whatever access it grants on the private mirror. Only users who set `NVM_AUTH_HEADER` on a host shared with other local accounts are affected. Version 0.41.0 passes the header to curl on stdin and to GNU Wget in a private temporary config file. BusyBox wget reads no config file, so when it is the only downloader available the header is still passed as an argument. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121750 | 1 Nvm-sh | 1 Nvm | 2026-11-04 | 3.1 Low |
| Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.40.5 through 0.40.8, `nvm_download_artifact` downloads a release archive directly to its final path in `$NVM_DIR/.cache` and verifies its checksum afterwards; on a checksum mismatch it reports an error but leaves the rejected archive in place. A later `nvm install --offline` of the same version installs that cached file without a checksum, so an archive that was just rejected gets installed and its `node` and `npm` run. This gives code execution to a party who can alter the downloaded tarball (for example a poisoned CDN or cache object) but cannot also forge the `SHASUMS256.txt` beside it, if the victim runs `nvm install --offline` for that version after the visible "Checksums do not match" failure and before any online retry. Version 0.41.0 only puts an archive in the cache once its checksum has passed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121747 | 1 Nvm-sh | 1 Nvm | 2026-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.2.0 through 0.40.8, nvm does not check whether `.nvmrc` is a symbolic link. A repository or archive that ships `.nvmrc` as a symlink to another file (for example `../../.npmrc`, or `/proc/self/environ` on Linux) makes a plain `nvm use`, `nvm install`, `nvm which`, `nvm exec`, `nvm run`, or `nvm-exec` read that file and print its contents in the invalid-`.nvmrc` message (even with `--silent`) or, for a one-line file, in the `Found ... with version <...>` message; with the README's zsh `load-nvmrc` or bash `cdnvm` hook installed, entering the directory is enough. nvm sends the content nowhere; the attacker learns it only where they can see the victim's output, such as a CI log for a contributed branch. Version 0.41.0 still follows a symlinked `.nvmrc`, so deliberate links to another version file keep working, but never prints its content, and accepts it only if it contains a version or the name of an existing alias; the README's bash `cdnvm` hook, which read `.nvmrc` itself, now gets the version from nvm, so users of that hook must also update their copy of it. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58128 | 2026-11-04 | 6.2 Medium | ||
| Alan: Health Insurance for Android (com.alanmobile) 1.450.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows a co-resident malicious application to write attacker-controlled files outside the intended directory via the exported ShareReceiverActivity, which uses an unsanitized _display_name value from a shared content URI to construct the destination file path. Attackers can send a crafted ACTION_SEND intent with a _display_name containing directory traversal sequences to overwrite sensitive files within the app's sandbox such as databases, shared_prefs, and WebView data, enabling state tampering or code execution in the app's context without authentication or user interaction. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121746 | 1 Nvm-sh | 1 Nvm | 2026-11-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.40.0 through 0.40.8, `nvm use --save` and `nvm install --save` (or `-w`) write the resolved version to `$PWD/.nvmrc` with `tee`, which follows a symbolic link. A repository that commits `.nvmrc` as a symlink to a path outside itself (git recreates the link on clone) therefore makes `--save` truncate any file the user can write, such as a shell startup file or `~/.ssh/authorized_keys`, and replace its contents with the version string, or create the target of a dangling link; the link itself is left unchanged, so `git status` stays clean. The attacker does not control the content written, so this is data loss, not code execution. Version 0.41.0 refuses, with a warning, to write when `.nvmrc` in the current directory is a symlink, dangling or not, rather than writing through it or replacing it. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115758 | 1 Sumatrapdfreader | 1 Sumatrapdf | 2026-11-04 | N/A |
| SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In version 3.6.1 and earlier, HttpGet() in src/base/Http_win.cpp unconditionally passes INTERNET_FLAG_IGNORE_CERT_CN_INVALID to WinINet, disabling hostname matching for HTTPS update metadata and crash-symbol requests while retaining certificate-chain validation. A network-positioned attacker with a Windows-trusted certificate for an attacker-controlled domain can impersonate the project's update host, inject promo text and a clickable URL before update metadata validation, and provide an attacker-controlled archive to ExtractSymbols(). Installer replacement is not directly possible because HttpGetToFile() validates TLS and MaybeStartUpdateDownload() restricts the download host. No fixed version is available as of this review. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104203 | 1 Traccar | 1 Traccar | 2026-11-04 | 7.5 High |
| Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system. From 5.1 until 6.15.0, WebModule.java's MediaFilter Guice mapping and WebServer.java's Jetty ResourceServlet assign different routing meanings to path parameters at /api/media/*. An unauthenticated attacker who knows or guesses a device unique ID and media filename can insert a semicolon at the Servlet boundary, bypass MediaFilter's session and device authorization checks, and retrieve the protected media because Jetty still dispatches the noncanonical path to ResourceServlet. The demonstrated impact is read-only disclosure of a protected device media file; depending on the deployment and stored media, this could expose photographs, audio, video, or other uploaded files. The advisory does not establish directory listing, traversal, modification, account takeover, denial of service, or code execution. Reverse proxies that reject or rewrite semicolon path parameters may block the request. This issue is fixed in version 6.15.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115762 | 1 Jgraph | 1 Drawio | 2026-11-04 | 6.1 Medium |
| draw.io is a configurable diagramming and whiteboarding application. Prior to 31.1.5, the GraphML decoder contains a prototype-pollution vulnerability. Attacker-controlled GraphML reference keys can address inherited object properties, including prototype objects, and the decoder can then assign attacker-controlled attributes to those objects. Importing a malicious GraphML file can trigger client-side prototype pollution. In the advisory-supported cross-site scripting chain, the editor is opened in Trello mode and the user invokes the Trello integration after the import, allowing the polluted state to execute script in the draw.io origin; an existing Trello connection is not required. This vulnerability is fixed in 31.1.5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-122048 | 1 Campcodes | 1 Division Regional Athletic Meet Game Result Matrix System | 2026-11-04 | 7.3 High |
| A vulnerability was identified in Campcodes Division Regional Athletic Meet Game Result Matrix System up to 2.1. This affects an unknown function of the file /dipam/check-user.php. Such manipulation of the argument abbr leads to sql injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63622 | 2 Libvirt, Redhat | 11 Libvirt, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 8 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in libvirt. A local attacker, specifically a process running as the confined `swtpm` user, could exploit a symlink-following vulnerability in the `virFileChownFiles()` function. By planting a symbolic link within the `swtpm` state directory, the attacker could trick the root-level libvirt daemon into changing the ownership of an arbitrary file to the `swtpm` user. This allows for privilege escalation from the `swtpm` sandbox to root-level file ownership control. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62439 | 3 Gnome, Red Hat, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-11-04 | 7 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. An integer overflow occurs in the file-pvr plug-in when calculating memory buffer sizes for image dimensions. By tricking a user into opening or previewing a specially crafted PowerVR (.pvr) file, an attacker can trigger a heap-based buffer overflow, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a Denial of Service (DoS) via an application crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6384 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-04 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in gimp. This buffer overflow vulnerability in the GIF image loading component's `ReadJeffsImage` function allows an attacker to write beyond an allocated buffer by processing a specially crafted GIF file. This can lead to a denial of service or potentially arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-56211 | 2 Aomedia, Redhat | 7 Libaom, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.1 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. Insufficient bounds validation in the AV1 encoder's SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control allows an attacker to supply crafted video frame pixels that overlap with internal encoder layer context structures. In fork-based video processing services, an attacker can use this to hijack the cyclic refresh map pointer, brute-force the process base address via a crash oracle, and redirect control flow to achieve arbitrary command execution. Exploitation requires the target service to use libaom with SVC encoding enabled and accept attacker-supplied video frames. | ||||
| CVE-2026-56210 | 2 Aomedia, Redhat | 7 Libaom, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.1 High |
| A heap-buffer-overflow read vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A missing bounds check in the SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control function allows setting a spatial_layer_id exceeding the configured number of layers. This causes an out-of-bounds heap read of approximately 40,728 bytes when computing a layer context array index. An attacker who can influence SVC encoder parameters in a network-facing service could exploit this for information disclosure (heap content leak) or denial of service (segmentation fault from hitting unmapped memory). | ||||
| CVE-2026-56209 | 2 Aomedia, Redhat | 7 Libaom, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.1 High |
| An arbitrary address write vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A missing bounds check in the SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control function allows an attacker to inject an arbitrary pointer into the cyclic refresh map field via crafted image pixel values. The encoder then writes approximately 1,200 bytes at the attacker-controlled address. This is fully deterministic and does not require a separate information leak. An attacker who can supply frames to a network-facing libaom encoder with SVC enabled could exploit this for denial of service or potential code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-56208 | 2 Aomedia, Redhat | 14 Libaom, Ai Inference Server, Enterprise Linux and 11 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.6 High |
| A heap buffer overflow vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A flaw in the AV1 encoder's Look-Ahead Processing (LAP) mode causes the first-pass stats ring buffer wrap-around guard to be bypassed when g_lag_in_frames is set to 1 or higher. This results in a 232-byte out-of-bounds write on every encoded frame after the second, corrupting adjacent heap objects. An attacker who can influence encoder configuration in a transcoding service or WebRTC session could exploit this to cause a denial of service (process crash) or potentially achieve code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54230 | 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat | 8 Fedora, Automatic Bug Reporting Tool, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2026-11-04 | 7 High |
| A symlink following vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. Event scripts write output files using shell redirections without the O_NOFOLLOW flag. If the target file is replaced with a symlink, the shell process running as root follows the symlink and writes content to the symlink target, allowing arbitrary file overwrites on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54228 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.8 High |
| A time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition was found in the abrt-dbus D-Bus service's SetElement method. Between dump directory creation and post-create event execution, any local user can call SetElement to write arbitrary text files into the root-owned dump directory, bypassing package validation and allowing crashes of unpackaged binaries to survive post-create processing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54229 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2026-11-04 | 7 High |
| A race condition was found in the abrt-dbus D-Bus service's ChownProblemDir method. ChownProblemDir opens the dump directory with DD_OPEN_READONLY and calls dd_chown to change ownership of all files to the caller's uid, succeeding even while post-create event handlers hold a write lock. This allows an attacker to gain filesystem-level control of the dump directory while privileged event scripts are still running. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5680 | 2 Redhat, Undertow | 17 Apache Camel Hawtio, Build Of Apache Camel - Hawtio, Build Of Apache Camel For Spring Boot and 14 more | 2026-11-04 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in Undertow. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted WebSocket messages with permessage-deflate negotiated. This could lead to excessive memory consumption due to the PerMessageDeflateFunction.largerBuffer() method using exponential doubling, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected application. | ||||
