| CVE-2026-93524 | 1 X.org | 3 X Server, Xorg-x11-server, Xwayland | 2026-10-28 | 3.3 Low |
| A buffer overread in CheckKeySyms() in X.Org X Server before 21.1.25 and XWayland before 24.1.14 could be used by authenticated X clients to leak small amounts of information from X server memory or potentially crash the X server. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114044 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-28 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.1 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the Android client that allows malicious RDP servers to read beyond surface buffers by supplying unvalidated mappedWidth and mappedHeight values. Attackers can send a crafted RDPGFX_MAP_SURFACE_TO_WINDOW_PDU with oversized dimensions, causing android_UpdateWindowFromSurface to copy heap memory beyond the allocation, leading to crashes or memory disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114041 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-28 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.1 on Windows contains a heap out-of-bounds read in client_cli_present_gateway_message that passes a byte count as wide-character printf precision. A malicious RD Gateway can send pre-authentication consent or service messages, causing the client to read twice the buffer size, leaking heap memory or crashing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112404 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-10-28 | 8.2 High |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's TIFF tile and RGBA decode paths can read beyond row data produced by libtiff. In _decodeTile and the RGBA unpacker path, when Pillow and libtiff interpret duplicated PhotometricInterpretation or BitsPerSample tags differently, Pillow does not verify that the required input row fits inside the row libtiff produced, while the strip path has this validation. Loading pixels from such a crafted TIFF can expose adjacent heap data in output pixels or crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112395 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-10-28 | 6.5 Medium |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.2.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's tiled-TIFF decoder can read past the tile buffer while copying four-byte pixels. In _decodeTile, libtiff can return a tile allocation smaller than the required row stride multiplied by the tile length, and Pillow's stride-and-copy loop walks beyond that allocation. An attacker can supply a crafted tiled TIFF to an application that loads it. This can expose adjacent heap data in pixels or crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98117 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cachefiles: Fix potential UAF/KASAN warning Currently, trace_cachefiles_coherency() is being passed a pointer to a __be64 lain over the coherency data in struct cachefiles_xattr so that it can display the first 8 bytes. However, the data is of variable length and could even be 0 bytes. This could lead to a UAF or KASAN warning. Fix this by making sure the buffer has room for at least 8 bytes and that those 8 bytes are pre-cleared. Further, those bytes are not 8-byte aligned, so fix the tracepoint to extract the data as four 2-byte words (they are 2-byte aligned) and reassemble the __be64. The compiler will convert this into a single 8-byte load where the CPU supports it. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86929 | 1 Apple | 1 Macos | 2026-10-28 | 8.8 High |
| An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. Processing a maliciously crafted file may lead to arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99154 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: libiscsi: Reject a negative task index from parse_pdu_itt A transport that implements parse_pdu_itt hands libiscsi an index taken from the PDU, and both lookups bound it from above only: if (i >= session->cmds_max) i and cmds_max are both int, so a negative index passes and session->cmds[i] is read from before the array. be2iscsi produces one. beiscsi_parse_pdu() assigns the raw tag, *index = (int)itt; and beiscsi_complete_pdu() forwards an unsolicited NOP-In from the hardware async ring without replacing its ITT, so the value is the target's. It also reports the session's own age rather than the one in the tag, which leaves the age comparison in iscsi_verify_itt() with nothing to reject. Bound the index from below in both lookups. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104029 | 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Sssd | 5 Sssd, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-10-28 | 3.3 Low |
| A flaw was found in SSSD. A local attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted request to the autofs responder UNIX socket. Due to improper buffer offset calculation during request parsing, the service performs an out-of-bounds memory read. This flaw can cause the autofs responder process to crash, resulting in a denial of service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-104030 | 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Sssd | 5 Sssd, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-10-28 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in sssd. This vulnerability allows a local user to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by submitting a specially crafted passkey authentication token that lacks null terminators. The authentication service reads past the end of the provided memory buffer, causing the process to crash and disrupting authentication services. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63947 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: HIDP: fix missing length checks in hidp_input_report() hidp_input_report() reads keyboard and mouse payload data from an skb without first verifying that skb->len contains enough data. hidp_recv_intr_frame() pulls the 1-byte HIDP header before dispatching to hidp_input_report(). If a paired device sends a truncated packet, the handler reads beyond the valid skb data, resulting in an out-of-bounds read of skb data. The OOB bytes may be interpreted as phantom key presses or spurious mouse movement. Replace the open-coded length tracking and pointer arithmetic with skb_pull_data() calls. skb_pull_data() returns NULL if the requested bytes are not present, eliminating the need for a manual size variable and the separate skb->len guard. | ||||
| CVE-2026-70141 | 1 Microsoft | 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more | 2026-10-28 | 5.5 Medium |

| Out-of-bounds read in Windows DHCP Server allows an authorized attacker to deny service locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99100 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-28 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: p54: validate firmware record lengths The p54 firmware parser accesses component ID and component version records without checking that their lengths cover the fields being read. A malformed record can therefore make the parser read past the record. Validate the component ID and component version record lengths before accessing their data. The descriptor record is also checked against the shortest descriptor length found in the supported firmware images. Reject descriptor values that underflow the RX offset or produce an empty RX range before updating the driver state. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114122 | 1 Electron | 1 Electron | 2026-10-28 | 3.9 Low |
| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to versions 42.11.6, 43.7.3, 44.4.3, and 45.0.0-alpha.9, frame data received from the GPU process for webContents.beginFrameSubscription was not fully validated by the main process. An attacker who had separately gained code execution in the GPU process could supply inconsistent frame geometry and cause the main process to read out-of-bounds memory while producing captured frame images, disclosing memory or crashing the application. This issue is fixed in versions 42.11.6, 43.7.3, 44.4.3, and 45.0.0-alpha.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58496 | 1 Thorvg | 1 Thorvg | 2026-10-28 | 4.3 Medium |
| Thor Vector Graphics (ThorVG) is a production-ready vector graphics engine. Prior to 1.0.7, the `SFNT/TTF` font loader's `SfntLoader::gen` function in `tvgSfntLoader.cpp` reads `data[0] through data[3]` to identify the font type without first checking that the input buffer contains at least four bytes. Loading an undersized font directly from memory through public APIs such as `tvg::Text::load` causes an out-of-bounds read. Loading through a file path using `mmap` can mask the read because of page alignment; the memory-loading API directly exposes it. Depending on memory layout, a malformed short font may crash the consuming application or disclose adjacent heap memory. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7. | ||||
