| CVE-2026-119342 | 1 Stirling | 1 Stirling Pdf | 2026-10-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| Stirling-PDF is a locally hosted web application that facilitates various operations on PDF files. From 2.13.1 until 2.13.2, the POST /api/v1/convert/svg/pdf endpoint renders attacker-supplied SVG through Apache Batik, and a scheme-less root-relative image reference bypasses SvgSanitizer.isExternalUrl() before Batik resolves it against the file:///input.svg document base as a same-origin local file. The convert() and addSvgAsPage() paths in app/core/src/main/java/stirling/software/SPDF/utils/SvgToPdf.java can then render image-decodable server files into the returned PDF when sanitization is enabled, including without authentication on login-disabled deployments or with non-admin access when login is enabled. The issue discloses PNG, JPG, GIF, or SVG content and provides an existence oracle only for image-decodable paths; plain text, binary files, directories, XInclude text, external entities, explicit file URLs, and tested HTTP references are not disclosed through this mechanism. This issue is fixed in version 2.13.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62254 | 1 Libredwg | 1 Libredwg | 2026-10-30 | 5.5 Medium |
| LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14, a specially crafted R13-R2000 DWG can trigger algorithmic resource exhaustion in `decode_R13_R2000` in `src/decode.c`. The class-decoding loop performs `realloc` on every iteration without a sanity check on `num_classes`. Manipulating that field forces an extremely slow allocation loop and denial of service when the file is parsed. Running the parser in a sandbox with memory limits is a workaround rather than a remediation. This issue is fixed in version 0.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62250 | 1 Libredwg | 1 Libredwg | 2026-10-30 | 5.5 Medium |
| LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14.8413, a crafted pre-R13 DWG can make `decode_preR13_entities()` in `src/decode.c` enter a nonterminating loop that allocates a new object each iteration. `decode_preR13` in `src/decode_r11.c` computes `size` from the raw file-controlled `entities_start` and `entities_end` header bounds; the callee clamps `end` to `dat->size` but never recalculates `size`. At `end` of input, `bit_read_RC` and `bit_read_RS` stop advancing `dat->byte`, the overflow guard fails because `end` equals `dat->size`, and the no-advance check compares against `oldpos` saved before the loop instead of the previous iteration. This leaves repeated allocation of `dwg->object` entries until allocation fails or the process is OOM-killed, not merely a constant-memory CPU hang. The defect remains after the clamping and no-progress changes associated with the earlier issue 1131. Applications and tools calling `dwg_read_file()` on untrusted files, including `dwg2dxf`, `dwgread` and `dwg2svg`, can suffer denial of service when a user or automated pipeline opens a malformed file; no attacker credentials are required. This issue is fixed in repository nightly version 0.14.8413. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54610 | 1 Libredwg | 1 Libredwg | 2026-10-30 | 3.3 Low |
| LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14, `bit_TV_to_utf8()` in `src/bits.c` can write to the caller-provided `src` buffer despite accepting const input. On an `iconv()` error other than `E2BIG`, the function frees its output buffer and passes the original input alias to `bit_u_expand()`, which expands or shrinks Unicode and multibyte escape sequences in place. If the input is a string literal, read-only mapping, or other immutable buffer, the write can cause a segmentation fault and denial of service; mutable caller-owned input can be unexpectedly modified before being returned. This affects applications that expose the conversion API to untrusted input under those conditions. Direct file-triggered exploitability through normal DWG decode/export paths remains unconfirmed because many TV strings are heap allocated by bit_read_TV(). This issue is fixed in version 0.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57201 | 1 Asterisk | 2 Asterisk, Certified Asterisk | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, a stack buffer overflow in the H.323 `ooTrace()` trace-logging function can occur when unbounded `vsprintf` writes into a fixed `2048-byte buffer`. A remote attacker may send a carefully crafted packet that causes the Asterisk process to crash. The `chan_ooh323` addon channel driver must be explicitly compiled and installed, which is not the default, and its port must be publicly reachable. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57188 | 1 Asterisk | 2 Asterisk, Certified Asterisk | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, an authenticated attacker may cause a stack buffer overflow in `res_xmpp` `XMPP namespace prefix` handling using carefully crafted packets. The `res_xmpp` module must be loaded, an XMPP connection must be configured in `xmpp.conf`, and the attacker must have an XMPP account on the same or a federated server. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57185 | 1 Asterisk | 2 Asterisk, Certified Asterisk | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, an authenticated attacker may crash Asterisk through a buffer over-read in the `PJSIP MWI body parser` by sending a carefully crafted `SIP NOTIFY` request. The attacker must pass SIP authentication using either a username/password or `source IP address matching`. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. | ||||

| CVE-2026-61848 | 1 Rgrove | 1 Crass | 2026-10-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, when Crass parses input containing `non-ASCII characters`, inefficiencies in tracking the positions of `multi-byte characters` result in superlinear parsing time. An attacker-controlled CSS input consisting of many `non-ASCII characters` can therefore cause excessive CPU consumption and potentially denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119777 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-30 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad H.266/VVC parser. When processing a malformed H.266 media file or stream, an integer overflow while parsing profile, tier, and level fields can lead to a stack-based buffer overflow. An attacker could cause an application to crash and may be able to execute code in the context of the affected application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59993 | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Picotls is a TLS protocol library that allows users select different crypto backends based on their use case. In affected revisions through 44bc503, when picotls is used as a `client-side TLS stack`, a peer can send a `HelloRetryRequest` followed by a `spoofed Hello message` that causes a null-pointer dereference. This can terminate the consuming process, including a process performing other work, resulting in denial of service. This issue is fixed in commit a06ca41. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114485 | 1 Devolutions | 1 Server | 2026-10-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| Insufficient protection of sensitive information in the user list endpoint in Devolutions Server 2026.3.10.0 and earlier allows an authenticated attacker with delegated user view permissions to obtain the MFA secrets of all users via the user list API response. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114486 | 1 Devolutions | 1 Server | 2026-10-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| Incorrect authorization in the Devolutions Gateway token generation in Devolutions Server 2026.3.10.0 and earlier allows an authenticated non-administrative attacker to bypass the Network Access Rules of a virtual gateway and reach denied hosts via wildcard additional destinations signed into the gateway token. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61846 | 1 Rgrove | 1 Crass | 2026-10-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass recursively parses `CSS simple blocks and functions` without a depth guard. An attacker-controlled CSS value containing deeply nested blocks or functions can recurse until Ruby raises `SystemStackError`: stack level too deep, or cause excessive memory usage. Version 1.0.7 adds a configurable depth limit with a conservative default. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62160 | 1 Daptin | 1 Daptin | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| Daptin is a GraphQL/JSON-API headless CMS. Prior to 0.12.26, the global `LanguageMiddleware` in `server/language.go` passes the raw `Accept-Language` header from `LanguageMiddlewareFunc` through `GetLanguagePreference` to `golang.org/x/text/language.ParseAcceptLanguage` without a size or shape filter. The guard for CVE-2022-32149 counts hyphens but not underscores, even though the internal parser normalizes underscores to hyphens. Long lists of underscore-separated language subtags longer than eight characters bypass the guard. These subtags fail the `len <= 8` length check in `golang.org/x/text/internal/language/parse.go`, causing repeated `gobble` operations to move the entire remaining buffer through `runtime.memmove`. With many invalid subtags, this repeated buffer movement takes quadratic work. Unauthenticated requests to the public landing page or `/api` can consume disproportionate CPU, with a 256 KiB header already causing seconds of processing and larger input permitted by the default 1 MiB header ceiling. `resource.CheckErr` also logs the entire invalid header, amplifying cost, while normal successful HTTP responses can conceal the denial-of-service traffic. Repeated requests can saturate server CPU. This issue is fixed in version 0.12.26. | ||||
